RESOLUTION ND. 1 - <br />AN R ESOLUTION of THE CITY COUNCIL of THE CITY of R EDWOOD CITY <br />R ECOMMENDING To THE CITY COUNCIL AMENDMENT of ARTICLE 60, <br />ZON ING MAP CVO. 11 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1130 THE WOOD CITY <br />Z ONING ORDINANCE, As AMENDED, TO PREZO IE 1 250, 1252 AND 1 254 <br />EDGE WOOD ROAD, , As FURTHER DESCRIBED I THIS ORDINANCE, ANCE, TO <br />THE RH (RESIDENTIAL HILLSIDE) ZONING DISTRICT, <br />WHEREAS, at a duly noticed public hearing on November ber 23, 201(), the Plannin <br />Division of the City f Redwood Cit ("Com mi ss ion") <br />y refereed an amendment to pre the <br />properties at 1250 1252, and 1254 Ed wood Road (Assessor's Parcel Numbers 058-030-140, <br />058-030-130, 058-030- as identified and shown on the map, which is attached as <br />Attachment "2 to the Residential - Hillside ' H" Zoning District, by presenting a report and <br />recommendation to the Planning Commfsslon of the City of Redwood City. <br />WHEREAS, in compliance with the California Environmental Quali Act regulations, at <br />the duly noticed public hearing on November 23, 2010, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Redwood City considered the testimony and evidence, Including the Re Initial Study and <br />llti acted Negative Declaration Revised I i <br />�IID� received at the duly noticed public heann <br />held to recommend approval to the City Council of said proposed preoning. <br />WHEREAS, the Applicant has submitted an application to the Local Agency Formation <br />Commission LAFC for annexation of the properties at 1250, 1252, and 1254 Ed ewood <br />R oad to the City of Redmo # Ci <br />WHEREAS, this Commission, having reviewed the reco menda on of the Plannin <br />Division and having considered the e vi d enc e , including the CEA Docum received at the <br />public hearing duly noticed and Feld for said proposed rezoning, finds that the propos <br />rezoning is in the public interest and consistent with the purposes of the Redwood City Bonin <br />Ordinance. <br />N OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION of THE <br />CITY of REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. The recitals set forth above are true and correct, and are hereby incorporated <br />herein by this reference as if fully set forth in their entirety. <br />SECTION[ 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Articles 34 and 41 of the Redwood City Zonin <br />Ordinance that the Planning Commissi desires to refer to the Qty council con of <br />and recommends adoption of the proposed amendment to the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance <br />(Ordinance No. 1130, as amended), Article 60, Map No. 13, of the Redwood City Zonin <br />Ordinance as amended to prezone the r <br />� open + at 12 1252 and 125 Edcwod Road, <br />currently in unincorporated San Mateo Counter, to the ' H' Zoning District. <br />SECTION 3.
