R ESOLUTION No. 10 - 04 <br />A RESOLUTION of THE PLANNING COMMISSION of THE CIT <br />REDWOOD CITY RECOMMENDING THE ADOPTION of TH <br />REMISED INITIAL STUDY AND MITIGATED NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION FOR THE PROPOSED EDGEW000 ANNEXATION T <br />THE CITY COUNCIL <br />WHEREAS, the Project is the proposed prezoning and annexation of <br />three <br />parcels 1250, 1 252, and 1 254 E dgewood Road), the subdivfslon of 1250 Edg <br />road into three single-family dwelling parcels, and the demolition II structures <br />on h <br />1250 Edgewood Road parcel and a Planned Development Permit to allow <br />the <br />construction of three new single - family dwellings with a shared access driveway. <br />W HEREAS, the City prepared a Revised Initial Study and Mitigated Negative <br />Declaration Revised JSIMN to evaluate the potential environmental imp acts of th <br />Project. <br />WHEREAS, the Revised IS I I D was published for publ! c review and comment <br />for 30 days beginning on October 22, 2010, and ending on November ember 22 201 Th <br />Revised lS MND was filed With the the Otte office of Planning & Research under Sta <br />Clearinghous N o. 200 102101 <br />WHEREAS, o n Novem ber 23, 2010, a duly noticed ublic hearin <br />� g of the <br />Planning Commission was geld to consider recommendations to the City <br />ty �unc�l <br />regarding the Revised IS/M and the Mitigation, Monitoring, and Rep orting Pr o g ram <br />p g ra <br />g <br />C MMRP"), and the related Project approvals and recommendati <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein by this reference. <br />2. This Planning C r i sion recommends adoption of the Revised lsed !S AID to th <br />City Council based on the following findings of the Planning Commissiow <br />. That the Planning Commission has reviewed and analyzed the Revised ISM <br />■ I <br />and other i nformat i on �n the entire record and has considered the information <br />contained therein, including the written and oral comments received during the <br />p ublic revie process and at the public hearings on the Reprised IS/MND and the <br />Project, prior to acting upon and recommending adoption of the Revised IS/MND <br />to the City Council: and <br />.
