Selection of Contractor is expected to achieve the desired results in an expedited <br /> fashion. <br /> D. Contractor has submitted a proposal to City and has affirmed its willingness and <br /> ability to perform such work. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br /> contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. Scope of Work and Time for Performance. Contractor shall perform everything <br /> required to be performed, shall provide and furnish all of the labor, equipment, <br /> materials, and tools to perform, within thirty f39j calendar days after the NOTICE <br /> TO PROCEED, the following work: �p <stxty� � i y-2z -�� <br /> /�/� <br /> VETERANS MEMORIAL KITCHEN EQUIPMENT STORAGE <br /> in strict accordance with the Plans, Contract Documents and Specifications <br /> pertaining thereto as described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein, signed by the Manager, Engineering and Construction of Redwood City, <br /> which Documents are incorporated herein and made a part of this Agreement as if <br /> herein fully set forth. <br /> 2. Compensation. City shall pay to Contractor, as full consideration for the faithful <br /> pertormance by Contractor of the aforementioned work, the amount of Forty two <br /> thousand six hundred five and 00/100 Dollars ($42,605.00) computed in <br /> accordance with Contractor's accepted �eye�al Bid dated November 29, 2011 <br /> which accepted �epesa�. All of the work to be done shall be done to the approval <br /> of, City or its authorized representative, and the work shall be done in the best <br /> workmanlike manner, conforming strictly to the provisions of the {specifications and <br /> plans and/or proposal dated) made thereof.
