PC 96- RESOLUTION APPROVING THE VESTING TENTATIVE MAP FOR THE ELECTRONIC ARTS HEADQUARTERS MASTER .PLAN (FLATIRONS pe__FNDING) 19 June V. 1996 On motion of Plan Commission Member — B .0 r s a k , duly seco and carried, the following resolution was adopted; - REM, an application has been su bmitted by Electronic .Arts Redwood, Inc. as age n t o g for Flatirons Funding, Limited Partnership, for a ves ting tentative .map to create fourteen parcels plus a right for the extension of Shoreline eve on an approximately ximate ('Project"); l 45 - acre site at the corner of Redwood Shores Parkway and Twin Dolphin Drive and WHEREAS, eight of these parcels w ill be dedicated to open space, common area and a central gree n q. y � ua.d thereby ensunn. that the Project will contribute to the public interest as well as creating a pleasant environment for occupants and visitors; and WHEREAS, the design of the Project w ill n�inn' M*ze impacts on adjacent residential properties,, p . ro erties co to .a p revibusly approved site plan for the Project site; .and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held two duly noticed public hearings., .at which public comment relating to the Project, including the vesting tentative map application, has been .received; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS PLANNING COMMISSION AS FOLLOWSO L The foregoing recitals are true and correct. 2. vesting Tentative Map TM101 -5, attached hereto as Exhibit A ", is hereby approved. 3. vestin g Tentative Map TM10.801 - is consistent with the General Plan of the C of Redwood City.
