A (Also see Minute Orders; 03-248 and 03-249) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on October 13, 2003. <br />Present: Council Member Hartnett, Howard, Pierce, Ruskin, and Vice Mayor Ira <br />Absent: Council Member Jordan and Mayor Claire <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes <br /> <br />M/S Ruskin/Hartnett The Planning Commission recommends to the City <br />Council that it a) determine that the following amendments are in the <br />public interest and b) adopt the Zoning Text Amendment Ordinances as <br />follows: <br /> <br />c) Amend Article 41 (Amendments) to also allow City staff to initiate <br />zoning amendments <br /> <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 41 (AMENDMENTS) OF THE REDWOOD <br />CITY ZONING CODE <br /> <br />The motion passed by a majority roll call vote, with Council Member Jordan and <br />Mayor Claire absent. <br /> <br />Patricia S.
