A (Also see Minute Orders; 03-248 and 03-250) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on October 13, 2003. <br />Present: Council Member Hartnett, Howard, Pierce, Ruskin, and Vice Mayor Ira <br />Absent: Counci Member Jordan and Mayor Claire <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes <br /> <br />M/S Ruskin/Hartnett <br />The Planning Commission recommends to the City Council that it a) <br />determine that the following amendments are in the public interest and b) <br />adopt the Zoning Text Amendment Ordinances as follows: <br /> <br />b) Amend Article 37 (Accessory Dwellings) to conform to recently enacted <br />state law related to the city's discretionary review of accessory dwelling <br />units and establish objective criteria for architectural review <br /> <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 37 (ACCESSORY DWELLINGS) OF THE <br />REDWOOD CITY ZONING CODE <br /> <br />The motion passed by a majority roll call vote, with Council Member Jordan and <br />Mayor Claire absent. <br /> <br />Patricia S.
