MINUTE ORDER <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br /> October 13, 2003 <br /> MO. 03-239 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: October 14, 2003 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br /> Engineering Dept. <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Cost Sharing Agreement with the County of San Mateo for <br /> Resurfacing Portions of Hillcrest Way and Wilmington Way <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM: 7.1 F <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on October 13, 2003. <br />Present: Council Member Hartnett, Howard, Pierce, Ruskin, and Vice Mayor Ira <br />Absent: Council Member Jordan, and Mayor Claire <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes <br /> <br />M/S Hartnett/Howard Approve and authorize execution of an agreement between <br />the County of San Mateo and the City of Redwood City, for the resurfacing of <br />portions of Hillcrest Way between south and east County boundaries; and <br />Wilmington Way in conjunction with the County's resurfacing project in the <br />Emerald Lake Hills area of Redwood City, in an amount not to exceed <br />$31,000.00. <br /> <br />The motion passed by a majority roll call vote, with Council Member Jordan and <br />Mayor Claire absent. <br /> <br />Patricia S.
