ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES - <br /> TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS STUDY <br /> <br /> (KIMLEY-HORN & ASSOCIATES, INC.) <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this,~__~day of March, 2002, <br /> by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and municipal <br /> corporation of the State of California, ("City"), and KIMLEY-HORN and <br /> ASSOCIATES, INC. ("Consultant"); <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City is preparing a Bay Front Plan for the eastern section of <br /> Redwood City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City requires assistance in the development of a Bay Front <br /> Transportation Options Study; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of specified properties within this area will <br />contribute equally for the costs of the services contemplated by this Agreement; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the experience, and <br /> <br />is qualified to develop a Bay Front Transportation Options Study. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICER.
