DES:djk 02/22/95 (085/39) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 2/27/95 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12419 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE <br /> DEMOLITION OF STRUCTURE LOCATED AT 1017 MIDDLEFIELD <br /> ROAD; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR <br /> BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the demolition of that <br />certain structure (City Hall) located at 1017 Middlefield Road, <br />Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and reviewed <br />by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled "Contract <br />Documents for the Demolition of City Hall - City of Redwood City, <br />California", prepared by Department of Community Development, <br />Engineering Division, a copy of which documents are on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br />hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> <br />
