DES:djk "~/16/95 (081/39) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 2/27/95 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12410 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR THE 1994-1995 TRAFFIC <br /> SIGNAL LOOP PROGRAM; AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR SAID WORK <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, written bids without public advertisement were <br />solicited for the 1994-1995 Traffic Signal Loop Program in the <br />City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said solicitation three bids were <br />received for the performance of said work and filed with the <br />Department of General Services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, St. Francis Electric, of Hayward, California, is <br />the lowest responsible bidder and it is the intention and desire <br /> <br />of this Council to accept said bid of St. Francis Electric; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The bid of St. Francis Electric, in the amount of <br />Fifteen Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-five and No/100 Dollars <br />($15,775.00), computed in accordance with said bidder's proposal <br />dated November 8, 1994, for the 1994-1995 Traffic Signal Loop <br />Program in the City of Redwood City, is hereby accepted and said <br />bidder is hereby found and declared to be the lowest responsible <br />bidder for said work. <br /> <br /> 2. That certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (form dated <br />02/16/95) by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California and St. Francis Electric, <br />a copy of which agreement is on file in the Office of the City <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br /> <br /> <br />
