DES:djk '/12/95 (067/39) <br /> '-~0 R I G I N A L DES:djk ~z/22/95R <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12408 2/27/95 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR <br /> MARLIN PARK <br /> <br /> (SINGER & HODGES, INC.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to landscape and <br />construct certain improvements at Marlin Park in the City of <br />Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires <br />professional landscape architectural services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Singer & Hodges, Inc. of Oakland, California <br />represents that it is qualified on the basis of experience and <br />expertise to perform the aforesaid services required for the <br />Project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Professional <br />Landscape Architectural Services - Marlin Park" (form dated <br />02/22/95R), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California and Singer & Hodges, Inc., <br />for the performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy of <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br />thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk <br />are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to attest <br />thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the <br />city of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
