DES:djk ~/03/95 (077/39) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 2/13/95 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12403 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION REQUESTING AND AUTHORIZING CALIFORNIA STATE <br /> DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES TO PURCHASE CERTAIN <br /> HEREIN DESCRIBED VEHICLES AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> PURCHASE DOCUMENTS THEREFOR <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Redwood City Code Section <br />2.80 and Public Contracts Code Section 10324, this Council does <br />hereby authorize and request the Office of Procurement, <br />Department of General Services of the State of California to <br />purchase, on behalf of the City of Redwood City, certain <br />materials, supplies and equipment, to wit: two (2) passenger <br />vehicles conforming to specifications of the Department of <br />General Services of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />sign and deliver all necessary requests and other purchase <br />documents (in form approved by the City Attorney) to effectuate <br />the purchase approved hereby. <br /> <br /> <br />
