· DES:djk 0A/25/95 (071/39) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 1/30/95 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12400 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES - <br /> WATER ALLOCATION PROGRAM <br /> <br /> (ETo LIMITED) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to develop a new <br />water allocation program throughout the City of Redwood City (the <br />"Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City of Redwood <br />City requires professional consulting services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ETo Limited of Agoura Hills, California represents <br />that it is qualified on the basis of experience and expertise to <br /> <br />perform the aforesaid services required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Professional <br />Consulting Services - Water Allocation Program" (form dated <br />01/25/95), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California and ETo Limited, for the <br />performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy of which <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br />is hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
