. :;_� <br /> QRIGINAL <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> McNabb Construction, Inc. <br /> dba DK Environmental <br /> `-� <br /> THIS P�GREEMENT is made and entered into as of the �<,r day of <br /> ' , 2012, by and befinreen the City of Redwood City, a <br /> charter , nd municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"), and <br /> McNabb onstruction, Inc. dba DK Environmental ("Contractor"). <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. City requires Contractor's services. <br /> B. Contractor has the necessary experience in aquatic maintenance and <br /> demolition services. <br /> C. Selection of Contractor is expected to achieve the desired results in an <br /> expedited fashion. <br /> D. Contractor has submitted a proposal to City and has affirmed its willingness <br /> and ability to perform such work. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual <br /> covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. Scope of Work and Time for Pertormance. Contractor shall perform <br /> everything required to be performed, shall provide and furnish all of the <br /> labor, equipment, materials, and tools to perform, within thirty (30) <br /> calendar days after the NOTICE TO PROCEED, the following work: <br /> Demolition of In-ground Swimming Pool <br /> at Main Street Apartments, 1306 Main St., Redwood City <br /> The work shall be performed in strict accordance with the Scope of Work <br /> pertaining thereto as described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein. <br /> 2. Compensation. City shall pay to Contractor, as full consideration for the <br /> faithful performance by Contractor of the aforementioned work, the <br /> amount of Eleven Thousand Nine Hundred Fourteen and 25/100 Dollars <br /> ($11,914.25) computed in accordance with Contractor's accepted <br /> Proposal dated February 22, 2012 which accepted Proposal is <br /> incorporated herein by reference thereto as if herein fully set forth. <br /> 3. Standard of PerFormance.
