DES:djk -!/05/95 (065/39) <br /> 1/16/95 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12393 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> INVESTMENT, DEPOSIT AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES <br /> AGREEMENT WITH FIRST INTERSTATE BANK OF CALIFORNIA FOR <br /> EMPLOYEES' DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain agreement entitled "Interstate 457 - <br />Amended and Restated - Deferred Compensation Investment, Deposit <br />and Administrative Services Agreement" by and between the City of <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California <br />and First Interstate Bank of California, a California Banking <br />corporation, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office <br />of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br />Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for <br />and on behalf the the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 2. The agreement approved hereby supersedes any and all <br />prior agreements with Sacramento Savings Bank and/or its <br />predecessor First Interstate Bank of California in interest for <br />investment, deposit and administrative services relating to a <br /> <br />Deferred Compensation Plan for the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> * * <br /> <br /> <br />
