TRAINER ENGINEERS, INC.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to rehabilitate <br />various sewer pump stations in the City of Redwood City (the <br />"Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires <br />professional consulting engineering services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Richard M. Trainer Engineers, Inc. of Palo Alto, <br />California represents that it is qualified on the basis of <br />experience and expertise to perform the aforesaid services <br /> <br />required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Professional <br />Consulting Engineering Services - Sewer Pump Station <br />Rehabilitation and Replacement Program" (form dated 01/05/95), by <br />and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of <br />the State of California and Richard M. Trainer Engineers, Inc., <br />for the performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy of <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br />thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk <br />are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to attest <br />thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
