DES:djk n9/12/94 (056/39) <br /> <br /> ~3 R I G I N A L ~'~2/19/94 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12376 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR TELEPHONE SYSTEM <br /> <br /> (GTE CUSTOMER NETWORKS, INC.) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Maintenance Agreement" <br />(with attached Schedules A-G), by and between the City of Redwood <br />City, a municipal corporation of the State of California and GTE <br />Customer Networks, Inc., a copy of which agreement is attached <br />hereto, marked Exhibit "A" hereof and by this reference <br />incorporated herein, providing for telephone maintenance services <br />for the City of Redwood City, at the locations respectively <br />described in said agreement, is hereby approved, and the City <br />Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement <br />substantially in the form of Exhibits A and/or such other <br />appropriate documents to effectuate the purpose of said <br />agreement (in form approved by the City Attorney). <br /> <br /> <br />
