ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> FOR <br /> <br /> PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANT ENGINEERING <br /> AND SURVEYING SERVICES <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this _ __ of <br /> I~, <br /> ~]~/~/'~ ,2002, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br /> <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, ("City"), and NOLTE <br /> <br />ASSOCIATES, INC. ("Consultant"); <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City proposes to prepare a Study Report outlining the <br />conditions of the levee system which protects the Seaport Centre Development, <br />in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires Professional <br />Consultant Engineering and Surveying Services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the experience, and <br />is qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall perform engineering <br />and surveying and related services described in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached <br />hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> 2.
