FXS:df~ 41/14/94 (028/38) <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12366 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE A PORTION OF CEDAR <br /> STREET IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY PURSUANT TO PART 3 <br /> OF DIVISION 9, CALIFORNIA STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE; <br /> SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING ALL PERSONS <br /> INTERESTED IN OR OBJECTING TO THE PROPOSED VACATION; <br /> AND ORDERING POSTING NOTICE THEREOF <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a portion of Cedar Street in the City of Redwood <br />City, heretofore dedicated to public use, which portion is more <br />particularly described in and depicted on Exhibit "A" hereof, <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, is <br />unnecessary for present or prospective public use; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council intends to vacate said portion of said <br />public street; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. This Council hereby declares its intention to vacate, <br />subject to the conditions listed on Attachment "A" of Exhibit A, <br />that portion of Cedar Street comprised of all that certain real <br />property located in the City of Redwood City, County of San <br />Mateo, California, more particularly described in and depicted on <br />Exhibit A, and hereby elects to proceed with such vacation <br />pursuant to the provisions of Part 3, Division 9 (commencing with <br />§8300) of the California Streets and Highways Code. <br /> <br /> 2. Notice is hereby given that Monday, December 19, 1994, <br />at the hour of 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may <br />be heard, in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, 401 Marshall <br />Street, Redwood City, California, is the time and place set for <br /> <br /> <br />
