DES:djk ]~/11/94 (039/39) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 10/24/94 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12357 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR THE REDWOOD CREEK OUTFALL <br /> STRUCTURE MODIFICATIONS; AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR SAID WORK <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, written bids without public advertisement were <br />solicited for the Redwood Creek Outfall Structure Modifications <br />for the Seaport Mitigation/Retention Basin in the City of Redwood <br />City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said solicitation three bids were <br />received for the performance of said work and filed with the <br />Department of Community Development, Engineering Division; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Hackett Pipeline, Inc., of Mountain View, <br />California, is the lowest responsible bidder and it is the <br />intention and desire of this Council to accept said bid of <br /> <br />Hackett Pipeline, Inc.; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The bid of Hackett Pipeline, Inc., in the amount of <br />Fourteen Thousand Two Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($14,200.00), <br />computed in accordance with said bidder's proposal dated <br />September 16, 1994, for the Redwood Creek Outfall Structure <br />Modifications for the Seaport Mitigation/Retention Basin, is <br />hereby accepted and said bidder is hereby found and declared to <br />be the lowest responsible bidder for said work. <br /> <br /> 2. That certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (form dated <br />10/11/94) by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California and Hackett Pipeline, <br /> <br /> <br />
