DES:djk 09/21/94 (033/39) <br /> [~ 0 R I G I N A n ~3/10/94 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12351 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT WITH THE SAN MATEO COUNTY FIRE DEPARTMENT, <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DEPARTMENT OF FORESTRY AND FIRE <br /> PROTECTION, FOR VEHICLE MAINTENANCE SERVICES <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Vehicle <br />Maintenance Services (San Mateo County Fire Department)", (form <br />dated 09/21/94) by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, and the San <br />Mateo County Fire Department, State of California, Department of <br />Forestry and Fire Protection, pursuant to which the City of <br />Redwood City shall provide vehicle maintenance services to the <br />San Mateo County Fire Department for its municipally-owned motor <br />vehicles, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of <br />the City Manager, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br />Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
