�.�r;( j h.�( J FUNDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND SHELTER NETWORK THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of , 2012, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and a municipal corpora n of the State of California ("City") and Shelter Network, a California nonprofit organization ("Contr or"); WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, Contractor provides shelter services for homeless families at Redwood Family House; and WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to conduct the program for residents of City during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2011, and ending June 30, 2012; and WHEREAS, City has reviewed said request and desires to allocate from the City general fund to Contractor the sum of Thirty-Four Thousand Eight Hundred and no/100 dollars ($34,800); NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: 1. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. City will allocate to Contractor the sum of Thirty-Four Thousand Eight Hundred and no/100 dollars ($34,800) for exclusive use by Contractor during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2011, and ending June 30, 2012, to be used by Contractor solely for the purposes described in paragraph 2. 2. USE OF FUNDS. Contractor shall use the funds provided pursuant to paragraph 1 solely for the Program purposes described in Exhibit "A" (Contract Objectives) attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. 3. CHANGES TO PROGRAM. No changes in the Program described in this agreement which is funded by the financial assistance provided under paragraph 1 shall be made without the prior written consent of City. 4. PAYMENTS. Contractor shall keep detailed and accurate records of all expenditures made and expenses incurred which are funded under this agreement.
