DES:djk 0n/14/94 (028/39) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 9/26/94 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12343 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 1 AND EXHIBITS A AND B OF <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12134 RELATING TO THE SALARY WAGE PLAN <br /> FOR EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATIONS REPRESENTED BY THE REDWOOD <br /> CITY MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, BY ADDING THE <br /> POSITION OF BILLING AND CASH COLLECTIONS MANAGER AND <br /> DELETING THE POSITION OF CHIEF CASHIER <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 12134 entitled, "Resolution <br />Establishing a Salary and Wage Plan for Employee Classifications <br />Represented by the Redwood City Management Employees <br />Association", adopted February 14, 1994, is hereby amended by <br />adding to the list of employment classifications set out therein <br />the position of Billing and Cash Collections Manager and deleting <br />the position of Chief Cashier. <br /> <br /> 2. Exhibits A and B to the aforesaid Resolution No. 12134 <br />are hereby amended by adding thereto the salary schedule for the <br />position of Billing and Cash Collections Manager as set forth in <br />Exhibits "A-3", and "B-2", attached hereto, and by this reference <br />incorporated herein; and by deleting therefrom the position of <br />Chief Cashier. <br /> <br /> 3. This resolution shall be effective upon the date of its <br />adoption; provided, however, that the salary rates set forth in <br />Exhibit A-3 shall be operative retroactively from and after <br />January 1, 1994; and, further, the salary rates set forth in <br />Exhibit B-2 shall be operative commencing with the first pay <br />period beginning on or after October 1, 1994. <br /> <br /> <br />
