JAH:dft 9'~1/94 (014/38) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 9/26/94 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12339 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY SETTING PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING MEZES PLAZA <br /> PROJECT OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That this Council set a public hearing pursuant to Section <br />33433 of the Health and Safety Code concerning the Mezes Plaza <br />Project, such hearing to be held in the Chambers of the Board of <br />Supervisors, located at the Hall of Justice, 401 Marshall Street, <br />Redwood City, California, on October 24, 1994, at the hour of <br />7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard. <br /> <br /> The City Clerk shall cause notice of such hearing to be <br />published in the official newspaper as required by Section 33433 <br />of the Health and Safety Code. <br /> <br /> <br />
