DES:djk 0q/13/94 (024/39) <br /> ~ 0 R I G I N A L 9/26/94 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12336 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF THE COVE <br /> AT CALIFORNIA BAYSIDE, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, <br /> SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING <br /> PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; <br /> APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br /> THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; <br /> AND ACCEPTING OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain final subdivision map (including <br />dedications of easements described therein) entitled, "The Cove <br />at California Bayside", prepared by Brian-Kangas-Foulk, Civil <br />Engineers, consultants for Kaufman & Broad - South Bay, Inc., a <br />California corporation, the owners of record of said subdivision, <br />heretofore determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the <br />tentative map for said subdivision, is approved and accepted <br />subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owner or <br /> subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br /> subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for <br /> Improvement of the Cove at California Bayside", (form dated <br /> 09/13/94) wherein Owner, in consideration for the approval <br /> of said map by City, shall agree to construct and complete <br /> in the time specified in said agreement, all improvements <br /> required of Owner under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the <br /> <br /> <br />
