! <br /> <br /> DES:djk 0~/20/94 (031/39) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 9/26/94 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12335 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF LETTER PERMIT AND <br /> REGULATING USE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN CONNECTION <br /> THEREWITH <br /> <br /> (HOUSE OF HUMOR'S "MONTH OF HALLOWEEN") <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain letter permit issued to Mr. Jack Greenbaum of <br />the House of Humor for the use of certain public rights-of-way in <br />connection with the HOUSE OF HUMOR'S "MONTH OF HALLOWEEN" <br />promotion on October 1, 1994, in the form of Exhibit "A" hereof, <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein is <br />hereby approved, the regulation of the public rights-of-way <br />described therein is hereby adopted pursuant to Vehicle Code <br />Section 21100, and the Chief of Police is hereby authorized to <br />issue said permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
