DES:djk 08/04/94 (009/39) <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12333 9/12/94 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION VACATING PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT BEING A <br /> PORTION LOCATED WITHIN LOT 6 BLOCK 2 OF VALOTA MANOR <br /> SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY IN ACCORDANCE <br /> WITH PART 3 OF DIVISION 9, STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF <br /> THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 (commencing at <br />98300) of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the <br />State of California, the Council of the City of Redwood City, by <br />its Resolution No. 12285, adopted August 15, 1994, declared its <br />intention to vacate the hereinafter described public utility <br />easement; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said provisions of the Streets and <br />Highways Code, notice of intention to vacate the described public <br />utility easement has been published and posted; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing on the question of vacating said <br /> <br />easement has been held and evidence thereon received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The Council of the City of Redwood City finds that the <br />hereinafter described public utility easement is unnecessary for <br />present or prospective public purposes and hereby orders said <br />easement vacated. <br /> <br /> 2. The public utility easement vacated hereby is described <br />in Exhibit "A" and depicted on Exhibit "B" hereof, attached <br />hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record a certified <br />copy of this resolution and order in the office of the County <br />Recorder of the County of San Mateo. <br /> <br /> <br />
