~- - (8-29-94) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 9/12/94 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12320 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT WITH HUMAN INVESTMENT PROJECT, INC.; <br /> HOMESHARING HELP AND INFORMATION PROGRAM <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Human Investment Project, Inc; Homesharing Help And <br />Information Program has been established for the principal purpose of providing <br />services to low-income persons looking for Homesharing and Home Equity <br />Conversion; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Human Investment Project, Inc.; Homesharing Help and <br />Information Program has requested financial assistance in order to conduct its <br />activities during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1994 and ending June 30, 1995; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said request and desires to <br />allocate to Human Investment Project, Inc; Homesharing Help And Information <br />Program the sum of NINE-THOUSAND, EIGHT-HUNDRED DOLLARS ($9,800.00); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an agreement providing for such funding has been presented to, <br />and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to approve said <br /> <br />agreement and authorize its execution; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled, "AGREEMENT" (form dated 8-29-94), by and between <br />the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California and <br />Human Investment Project, Inc; Homesharing Help And Information Program, a <br /> <br /> <br />
