DES:djk 08/19/94 (016/39) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 8/29/94 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12301 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> ADDENDUM NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT FOR ALLOCATION OF FUNDS TO <br /> THE PALO ALTO PLAYERS - PENINSULA CENTER STAGE (FOX <br /> THEATRE) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Addendum No. 1 to Agreement <br />with Peninsula Center Stage Concerning Fox Theatre" (form dated <br />08/19/94R), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California and the Palo Alto Players <br />- Peninsula Center Stage, a copy of which agreement is on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br />made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the <br />Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
