-- DES:djk =~/23/94 (003/37) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 8/29/94 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12299 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT WI?H THE REDWOOD CITY-SAN MATEO COUNTY <br /> CHAMBER OF COMMERCE RELATING TO THE GENERAL PROMOTION <br /> AND DEVELOPMENT OF LOCAL INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE IN THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement Between the <br />Redwood City-San Mateo County Chamber of Commerce and the City of <br />Redwood City", relating to the general promotion and development <br />of local industry and commerce in the City of Redwood City, a <br />copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and <br />City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to <br />attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
