DES:djk 08/22/94 (018/39) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 8/29/94 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12296 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE AND WAGE PLAN <br /> FOR THE POSITION OF POLICE SERGEANT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Effective September 1, 1993, the monthly salary rates <br />in dollars, and the hourly equivalent rates thereof, as set forth <br />in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein, are hereby established for the employee <br />position within the employment classification of Police Sergeant <br />as set forth in Exhibit A for the designated steps thereof for <br />the period September 1, 1993 to and including August 31, 1995. <br /> <br /> 2. Employees granted part time appointments to the <br />position in the employment classification of Police Sergeant as <br />set forth in Exhibit A shall be compensated on an hourly basis in <br />accordance with the salary rates set forth in said Exhibit for <br />the period therein designated. <br /> <br /> 3. This resolution shall be effective on the date of its <br />adoption; provided, however, the provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2 <br />shall be operative retroactively to and including September 1, <br />1993. <br /> <br /> <br />
