DES:dj~ 08/02/94 (005/39) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 8/15/94 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12288 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR MEASURE A TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM <br /> MANAGEMENT FUNDS FOR TRANSPORTATION DEMAND MANAGEMENT <br /> PROGRAMS IN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO <br /> <br /> (SAN MATEO COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement, entitled, "Agreement Regarding <br />Distribution and Use of Measure A Transportation System <br />Management (TSM) Funds for Transportation Demand Management (TDM) <br />Programs in San Mateo County", by and between the City of Redwood <br />City, a municipal corporation of the State of California and the <br />San Mateo County Transportation Authority, an independent <br />governmental agency of the County of San Mateo, a copy of which <br />agreement is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, to which <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof is <br />hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
