DES:djk-08/02/94 (006/39) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 8/15/94 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12284 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF LETTER PERMIT AND <br /> REGULATING USE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN CONNECTION <br /> THEREWITH <br /> <br /> (FIESTA RUN FOR KIDS) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain letter permit issued to Ms. Mary Whitley of the <br />Community Education Center for the use of certain public <br />rights-of-way in connection with the FIESTA RUN FOR KIDS on <br />September 10, 1994, in the form of Exhibit "A" hereof, attached <br />hereto and by this reference incorporated herein is hereby <br />approved, the regulation of the public rights-of-way described <br />therein is hereby adopted pursuant to Vehicle Code Section 21100, <br />and the Chief of Police is hereby authorized to issue said <br />permit. <br /> <br /> * * <br /> <br /> <br />
