DES:djk ~/21/94 (065/32) <br /> <br /> o <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 8/1/94 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12266 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PURCHASE OF SELECTED MATERIALS - <br /> SAND, AGGREGATE AND FINES, FISCAL YEAR 1994-1995; AND <br /> AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents and specifications for the <br />purchase of selected materials - sand, aggregate and fines for <br />public work in the City of Redwood City, have been presented to, <br />and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br />the purchase of said selected materials - sand, aggregate and <br />fines; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents and specifications <br />entitled "Contract Documents and Specifications for Utilities & <br />Right of Way Divisions 1994-95 - Sand, Aggregate and Fines - July <br />1, 1994 - June 30, 1995 - City of Redwood City, California", <br />prepared by the Director of General Services, a copy of which <br />documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby <br />approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids as called for in the abovementioned <br />specifications. <br /> <br /> <br />
