DES:djk 07/22/94 (003/39) <br /> ~ 0 R I G I N A L -- 8/1/94 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I 0 N N O. 12262 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR TELECOMMUNICATIONS CONSULTING SERVICES - <br /> NEW CITY HALL <br /> <br /> (COMSUL, LTD.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to construct a <br />new City Hall at the existing site of the former City Hall in the <br />City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City of Redwood <br />City requires telecommunications consulting services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Comsul, Ltd. of San Francisco, California <br />represents that it is qualified on the basis of experience and <br />expertise to perform the aforesaid services required for the <br />Project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Telecommunicat- <br />ions Consulting Services - City Hall" (form dated 07/22/94), by <br />and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of <br />the State of California and Comsul, Ltd., for the performance of <br />the above-mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved <br />and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute and to attest thereto, respectively, said <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
