DES:dj'- 07/21/94 (001/39) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 8/1/94 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12261 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF WYNDHAM <br /> PLACE SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO <br /> CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; APPROVING AND <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br /> OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING <br /> OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain final subdivision map (including <br />dedications of easements described therein) entitled, "Wyndham <br />Place", prepared by Sandis, Humber, Jones, Consulting Civil <br />Engineers, consultants for Butler-Stellar Corporation, a <br />California corporation, the owners of record of said subdivision, <br />heretofore determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the <br />tentative map for said subdivision, is approved and accepted <br />subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owner or <br /> subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br /> subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for <br /> Improvement of Wyndham Place Subdivision", (form dated <br /> 07/21/94) wherein Owner, in consideration for the approval <br /> <br /> <br />
