DES:djk 07/15/94 (119/37) <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> -' 811194 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12258 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES - MUNICIPAL <br /> SERVICES CENTER OFFICE CONVERSION AND ASSOCIATED <br /> REMODELING PROJECT <br /> <br /> (WINGES ARCHITECTURE & PLANNING) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires construction, <br />rehabilitation and replacement of existing facilities located at <br />the Municipal Services Center (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City of Redwood <br />City requires professional architectural and planning services; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Winges Architecture & Planning of Burlingame, <br />California represents that it possesses the experience, and is <br />qualified to perform the aforesaid services required for the <br />Project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Architectural <br />Services - Municipal Services Center Office Conversion and <br />Associated Remodeling Project", (form dated 07/15/94), by and <br />between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the <br />State of California and Winges Architecture & Planning, for the <br />performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy of which <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br />is hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute and to attest thereto, <br /> <br />respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
