MINUTE ORDER <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br /> April 8, 2002 <br /> MO. 02-86 <br /> <br /> CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br /> Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: April 9, 2002 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br /> Engineering Dept. <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Motion to approve an increase in funds in the amount <br /> of $25,000 for completing the Main/Maple & Broadway/Hopkins <br /> Intersection Improvements Project <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on April 8, 2002. <br /> <br />Present: Councilmember Hartnett, Jordan, Howard, Ira, Pierce, Ruskin, <br />and Mayor Claire <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br />M/S Ruskin/Hartnett Motion to approve an increase in funds in the amount of <br />$25,000 for completing the Main/Maple & Broadway/Hopkins Intersection <br />Improvements Project. Due to unforeseen changes and measured increases to <br />various bid items, the contract value will exceed 10% of the original amount of <br />$347,192.55; <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present. <br /> <br />Patricia S.
