MINUTE ORDER <br /> REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br /> December 1, 2003 <br /> MO RD 03-34 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: December 8, 2003 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br /> Engineering Dept. <br /> <br />SUBJECT: "Application and Letter of Agency for Custom Work" <br /> Agreement with SBC <br /> - CITY COUNCIL AND REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM: 6.1 I (Also see Minute Order 03-281) <br /> <br />Joint City Council, and Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City on <br />December 1,2003 <br /> <br />Present: Directors Bain, Foust, Hartnett, Howard, Ruskin, Vice Chair Pierce and Chair <br />person Ira <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br />MIS Hartnett/Ruskin <br /> <br />1. Approve and authorize execution of "Application and Letter of Agency for <br />Custom Work" Agreement between SBC and the City of Redwood City for <br />expediting the splicing and "cutover" of SBC telecommunications lines for the <br />Downtown Underground Parking Facility. <br /> <br />2. Authorize funds from the Downtown Funding Contingency Budget in the <br />amount of $84,000.00 to pay for this work. <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unamimous roll call vote by all those present. <br /> <br />Patricia Howe <br />Redevelopment Agency Secretary <br /> <br /> <br />
