Approve and authorize execution of "Application and Letter of Agency for <br />Custom Work" Agreement between SBC and the City of Redwood City for <br />expediting the splicing and "cutover" of SBC telecommunications lines for the <br />Downtown Underground Parking Facility. <br /> <br />2.
