MINUTE ORDER <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> MEETING <br /> Julv 9, 2012 <br /> MO. 12-157 <br /> CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br /> Redwood City <br /> DATE: July 11, 2012 <br /> Attention: City Attorney <br /> Community Development Director <br /> **hard copy available upon request** <br /> SUBJECT: Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR), Planned <br /> Development Permit and Vesting Tentative Map for the Finger Avenue Nine <br /> Lot Residential Project <br /> AGENDA ITEM: 8A (304) <br /> Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on July 9, 2012. <br /> Present: Council Members Bain, Foust, Ira, Pierce, and Seybert, Vice Mayor Gee, and <br /> Mayor Aguirre <br /> M/S Gee/Bain moved to continue this matter to the September 10, 2012 meeting, <br /> because of the volume of the information to be considered and he City Council <br /> wishes to continue working on this matter in the interim; furthermore, the motion <br /> includes designating the City Manager to work with the Community Development <br /> Director to initiate a process with the parties (with each community group <br /> designating two representatives) to provide an opportunity for a <br /> mediated/facilitated discussion using the Stipulated Judgment as a parameter <br /> with the goal of reaching an agreement on the plan for the proposed project. If <br /> there is a cost to the mediation/facilitation the parties involved are to split the <br /> cost.
