MINUTE ORDER <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br /> February 25, 2002 <br /> MO. 02-57 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: February 28, 2002 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br /> Planning Dept. <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Public Hearing to consider Proposed Development Agreement between <br /> the City of Redwood City and the Opfer (Owners) - 2233 Middlefield <br /> Road, Redwood City; <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on February 25, 2002. <br /> <br />Present: Councilmember Hartnett, Howard, Ira, Jordan, Pierce, Ruskin, and Mayor Claire <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br />M/S Jordan/Howard to continue the item to a future date; extend the Architectural Permit, <br />preserving the "pipeline" status; staff to return with alternatives and ramifications on <br />policies and provide construction cost analysis with consideration of practical <br />alternatives to improving the entire street. Staffto include additional information on other <br />"pipeline" projects in order to analyze this proposal in that context. To be included is <br />consideration of language allowing the owner to terminate the agreement at any time prior <br />to commencement of construction of the foundation of the building. <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous voice vote. <br /> <br />Patricia S.
