Box 3046 <br /> Redwood City, CA 94064 <br /> Dear Ms. Sokolov, <br /> The Redwood City Civic Cultural Commission hereby enters into an agreement with <br /> Redwood City Education Foundation to provide funding for the Music for Learning <br /> Program for the 2012-2013 school year. This agreement is subject to the following <br /> terms and conditions and shall become effective upon acceptance thereof by <br /> Redwood City Education Foundation (hereinafter called "Contractor"). <br /> 1. SERVICES OF CONTRACTOR. <br /> Contractor shali: <br /> a. Receive and coordinate expenditure of funds as determined for said <br /> organization; <br /> b. Manage and coordinate all vendors and other logistics considerations for this <br /> project; <br /> c. Coordinate all production, distribution, bookkeeping, ordering and administration <br /> of this project; <br /> d. Supply any equipment needed by the organization or vendors; <br /> e. List the Redwood City Civic Cultural Commission as a co-sponsor of the program. <br /> The Civic Cultural Commission MUST be listed on a(I publicity pieces, fiyers, and <br /> press releases. The Civic Cultural Commission must receive copies of all <br /> publicity materials released by Redwood City Education Foundation regarding <br /> this program; <br /> f. After the program has been completed, the Contractor must submit a written <br /> report showing how the grant funds were spent, number of students involved in <br /> the program and the success of the program; <br /> g. Provide passes for all seven Cuitural Commissioners to attend the funded event. <br /> If the event is offered at no charge, contractor will provide invitation or flyer to <br /> Commissioners to remind them of event location, time and date; <br /> h. Use granted funds for the purpose of funding the Music for Learning Program for <br /> the 2012-2013 school year. Money not used for this purpose by ]une 30, 2013 <br /> must be returned to the Civic Cultural Commission. <br />
