RESOLUTION NO. P- 2184 <br /> C� OG°� � <br /> RESOLUTION SETTING SALARY AND AUTO ALLOWANCE OF <br /> PORT EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 47f (11) of the Redwood City, City Charter, <br /> the Board of Port Commissianers prescribes the functions, duties and compensation <br /> of the Port Manager (Port Executive Director); and <br /> WHEREAS, on July 13, 2011, this Board adopted Ordinance No, P-249 (the <br /> "Ordinance"), setting forth a salary range for the Port Executive Director; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Board now desires to set the Port Executive Director's salary <br /> within the range set forth in the Ordinance; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Board now desires to set the Port Executive Director's auto <br /> allowance. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. The Port Executive Director's salary shall be $ 162,2s5,oo per year (the <br /> "New Salary"), until further action by the Board of Port Commissioners. <br /> 2. The Port Executive Director's auto allowance shall be $ ��200.oo per year. <br /> 3. The New Salary and auto allowance shall be effective on July 2, 2012. <br /> 4.
