In order to <br /> meet this grant deadline,elease submit information on Grant Outcomes to Teri Chin by July 10,2013. <br /> Please note that future grant requests will not be considered by the Silicon Valley Community Foundation, <br /> if a grantee has failed to submit a required report. <br /> Payment Schedule: <br /> This grant will be paid in one installment upon receipt of the signed grant agreement. <br /> Acknowledgement of Grant Support: <br /> Acknowledge Silicon Valley Community Foundation's support of your program in print and electronic <br /> publications such as newsletters, program activity announcements, and your website and in all media <br /> coverage.
