EXHIBIT B <br /> <br /> PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES <br /> (FREEDMAN TUNG & BOTTOMLEY) <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this/~J"day of I tO/~~,l <br />2003, by and between the REDWOOD CITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, a <br />redevelopment agency of the State of California ("Agency"), and FREEDMAN TUNG & <br />BOTTOMLEY, a Califomia sole-proprietorship ("Consultant") (collectively, the "Parties"). <br /> <br /> WITNE$$ETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Agency is proposing to .create a Precise Plan for downtown <br />Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Agency requires professional consulting services to provide urban <br />design services for the Project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Consultant represents that' it possesses the experience and is <br />qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Project. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall perform all or a portion of <br /> <br />the professional consulting services described in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto <br />and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> 2. COMPENSATION; EXPENSES; PAYMENT.
