_ � 12/16/96 <br /> 0 R I G I N A L <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 129�2 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF GRANT OF REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR <br /> USE OF CERTAIN CITY-OWNED REAL PROPERTY <br /> (AEROBIC CLASSES AT THE RED <br /> MORTON COMMUNITY CENTER) <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain revocable permit entitled, "Grant of Revocable Permit <br /> (Aerobic Classes at the Red Morton Community Center)" (form dated 12/10/96), <br /> pursuant to which Daphne Fadelli, Steve Fadelli, and Rich Mundy, of 4 Colonial <br /> Place, Redwood City, CA 94061, subject to certain terms and conditions, is <br /> hereby granted permission to offer aerobic classes at that certain City-owned <br /> real property, commonly known as 1120 Roosevelt Avenue, Redwood City, <br /> California, and depicted on Exhibit "A," to the revocable permit is hereby <br /> approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute and to attest thereto, respectively, said permit substantially in <br /> the form of Exhibit "A," for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> * * * <br /> Reso-095 <br /> G:/shared/Redwood/Council <br /> 11/12/96 <br /> 12/10/96 <br /> FXS:rg <br /> 12/16/96 <br /> 12972 <br />
