CGM:dp: 9/16/74 R <br /> oR������. <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O . • � V ` �xs '74 <br /> RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR SALE OF CITY-OWNED REAL <br /> PROPERTY IN THE VICINITY O F REDWOOD AVENUE AND <br /> GORDON STREET, AND AUTHORIZING CONVEYANCE THEREOF <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 7253, adopted August 26, 1974, <br /> the Council of the City of Redwoad City determined that the <br /> parcel of real property therein described was not needed for <br /> present or prospective municipal or public purposes ; and <br /> authorized the City Clerk to advertise the sale thereof and <br /> call for bids thereon; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Assessor has, in accordance with Section <br /> 3-1/2 of the Charter of the City of Redwood City appraised such <br /> parcel and determined that the current market value thereof is <br /> One Thousand Seven Hundred Forty and no/100 Dollars ($1, 740.00) ; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said call for bids the City has received <br /> one sealed bid, for the purchase of said property; and <br /> WHEREAS, the bid for the parcel being sold, which exceeded <br /> 90 per cent of the appraised value of the property being bid upon, <br /> as required by Section 3-1/2 of the Charter of the City of Redwood <br /> City, is in the amount of One Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-six and <br /> no/100 Dollars ($1, 566.00) ; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> l. This Council hereby finds and determines that the bid <br /> of Frank F. Giannini and Francis F. Giannini, in the amount of <br /> One Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-six and no/100 Dollars ($1, 566.00) , <br />
