CGM;wg:9/11/74 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION NO. �' 26 � �'16 �q <br /> RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTR.ACT FOR THE FURNISHING OF <br /> ONE TRUCK CRANE, 15 TON CAPACITY <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 7242, adopted August 12, <br /> 1974, the City Clerk called for bids for the furnishing of one <br /> truck crane, 15 ton capacity, to be used for municipal purposes ; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, bids were received and <br /> filed with the City Clerk for the furnishing of said equipment; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, WESTERN TRACTION COMPANY, Hayward, California is <br /> the lowest responsible bidder for the furnishing of said equip- <br /> ment, and it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> award said bid to Western Traction Company; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> l. The bid of Western Traction Company, in the total net <br /> delivered price to the City of Redwood City of Sixty Thousand <br /> and no/100 Dollars {$60, 000.00) , for the furnishing of one truck <br /> crane, 15 ton capacity, in accordance with the specifications <br /> therefor, is hereby accepted and said bidder is hereby declared <br /> to be the lowest responsible bidder for the furnishing of said <br /> equipment. <br /> 2 .
