CGM:dp: 9/16/74 R <br /> On4G1f{��►�. <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. <br /> '725 "7 ��6 �� <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING A SCENIC HIGHWAYS ELEMENT FOR THE <br /> GENERAL PLAN 0 F THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 18 of the Code of the City of <br /> Redwood City, the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood <br /> City has initiated proceedings for the adoption of a Scenic <br /> Highways Ellement for the General Plan of the City of Redwood <br /> City, to wit: the "Scenic Highways Element of the General P1an" ; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, after duly noticed public hearing, said Commission <br /> has forwarded to this Council its approved "Scenic Highways <br /> Element of the General Plan" with the recommendation that said <br /> element be adopted by this Council as the Scenic Highways Element <br /> of the Redwood City General Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, after duly noticed public hearing, this Council <br /> desires to adopt said "Scenic Highways Element of the General <br /> Plan" as the Scenic Hig hways Element of the Redwood City General <br /> Plan; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That the Council of the City of Redwood City, after public <br /> hearing duly set, noticed and held, does hereby adopt the above <br /> entitled "Scenic Highways Element of the General Plan" approved <br /> by the Planning Commission as the Scenic Highways Element of the <br /> General Plan of the City of Redwood City. <br /> * * * <br />
