CGM:dp:9/16/74 R <br /> ORI�I�fAL <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O."?I!�s.L 6 �@ 16 T� <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING A NOISE ELEMENT FOR THE GENERAL <br /> PLAN OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 18 of the Code of the City of <br /> Redwood City, the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City <br /> has initiated proceedings for the adoption of a Noise Element <br /> for the General Plan of the City of Redwood City, to wit: the <br /> "Noise Element of the General Plan" ; and <br /> WHEREAS, after duly notic�d public hearings, said Commission <br /> has forwarded to this Council its approved "Noise Element of the <br /> General Plan" with the recommendation that said element be adopted <br /> by this Council as the Noise Element of the Redwood City General <br /> Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, after duly noticed public hearing, this Council <br /> desires to adopt said "Noise Element of the General Plan" with <br /> certain changes, additions, and revisions thereto made by this <br /> Council as the Noise Element of the Redwood City General Plan; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> That the Council of the City of Redwood City, after public <br /> hearing duly set, noticed and held, does hereby adopt the above <br /> entitled "Noise Element of the General Plan" approved by the <br /> Planning Commission with certain changes, additions, and revisions <br /> thereto made by this Council, as the Noise Element of the General <br /> Plan of the City of Redwood City. <br /> * * * <br />
